Huge resort like place with onsite hotel, restruants and golf course. All spaces are catered by McMenamins and are paid for by meeting minimum food and alcohol purchases. Menu prices range from $20-40/person and wine starts at $20/bottle. Hotel on site with fairly reasonable rooms. Both spaces are fully booked for August 2010. 20min to airport.

Black berry hall. Space is free with purchase of 6500 (less on off days) of food and alcohol off menu. Max 225 people. Inside space with dance floor and tables included. Outdoor space with chairs.
